Each chip of these cartridges has a serial number that is listed on each cartridge (A1, 2, 3 / N1, 2, 3...). Printers only accept once each cartridge (black, cyan, magenta and yellow) with a specific serial number.
You will not then be able to install a second cartridge of the same color with an identical serial number; it will be rejected by the printer.
For this reason, printers should not be switched off or unplugged after installing this cartridge. Both would reinstall the cartridge at the start of the device and would therefore not do it anymore!
The serial numbers are currently updated every 30 to 45 days. Therefore, you should never order more than one set of cartridges per user or printer.
As a precaution, we draw your attention to the fact that we will not accept any claim based on the fact that the cartridges no longer work because the serial number is ignored or that the printer is off!
